

Souperman Gourmet Soups is now open and receiving rave reviews from locals and tourists alike. Located at 1890 Bonanza Drive in the Park City Plaza, Souperman offers a selection of homemade soups, stews, and chowders to warm the heart and the belly.
Everyday, Souperman offers at least 8 varieties of homemade soup which are served with a choice of breads. Caesar salad and drinks are also available. Soups are served in 8, 16, and 32-ounce containers, with prices ranging from $3.95 for a cup to $10.50 for a quart. Guests can opt to eat in the restaurant or take their soup to-go.
Souperman is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., perfect for lunch, or to take home some soup for an easy family dinner. Every day Clam Chowder, Tomato Basil, and Chicken Noodle are on the menu. The other five varieties rotate, and include selections such as Gingered Squash, Beef Chili, and Wild Mushroom, to name a few. Each Friday, Lobster Bisque is the favorite featured flavor. All soups are low in sodium and gluten free.
With the opening of Souperman, owner Bob Murphy has also made commitments to two causes that are important to him: the environment and cancer research.
All of the packaging, paper products, and utensils are biodegradable. Even the cleaning solutions used at Souperman are nontoxic and eco-friendly. Additionally, 5 cents will be donated to ovarian cancer research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute for every 16 ounces of soup sold.
